NSRC 2010 - National School Response Conference 2010

 NSRC 2010 - November 18-19, 2010, Las Vegas, Nevada

 

 National School Response Conference is the first practical conference to highlight the first real-time test on local schools’ pandemic outbreaks combined with school safety security issues, and domestic preparedness in the aspect of prevention, protection, response, and recovery.  Our school’s resiliency plan on major issues happening inside the “School Community such as School Safety & Security and Pandemics”  is the focus of the NSRC 2010. The national critical infrastructure of the educational institutions is threatened by the WHO declaration of Pandemic Level Alert and all forms of School Violence.

 

NSRC 2010 is a spearhead of convergence to address the leadership roles and responsibilities for an influenza pandemic, to test and exercise the mechanism of coordination, to strengthen the performance monitoring and accountability, between federal, state, and local governments and the private sector in preparing and responding for a pandemic.

 

Additionally, NSRC 2010 conference will address topics of high concern as wide as ranging school violence – school shootings, bullying, dating violence, vandalism, gang activity, alcohol and drugs, bomb threats, child abuse, vandalism, school massacres, catastrophic events such as pandemic outbreaks, tornadoes, terrorist attacks, and technological intrusions.
